PAYMENT OF THE REGISTRATION FEE

12.000 HUF
Please pay the registration fee after the arrival of the e-mail notification about your accepted abstract.
Please note that we will not be able to give you an invoice if you fail to indicate your request for an invoice during your registration process.
The registration fee is non-refundable, if the registrant does not notify the organisation of the need for a refund 1 week before the conference (by 13 May 2023).
The registration fee includes:
registration to the conference and welcome pack
visiting the conference sessions
opportunity to give your scientific presentation
appearance of your accepted abstract in the Book of Abstracts
coffee breaks during the conference
lunch served at the conference

Please note if you need an invoice for your payment you have to indicate it during registration. In case if you need an invoice, please indicate it in the registration remarks as well (MedPECS2023 – PST: 420017 - Name, Invoice)
After completing the payment, send an email directly to bevetelek@pte.hu with your invoice details(name, tax number, address), and proof of payment.
Fee request required if your university/institution pays the registration fee (consult with your university's administrative assistant beforehand).

Registration consists of three steps:
1. Register your user profile (you only need to create it once on the dok.pte.hu site and then, once logged in, it can be used for all event registrations organized by the Doctoral Student Association), by filling in your personal details.
You will receive an automatic e-mail about your user profile details with an activation link. Clicking on this link you can give a password for your profile.
