A PTE Nemzetközi Igazgatósága a 2023. évre is meghirdeti „A PTE Utazó Nagykövete” elnevezésű pályázatot!

Az „Utazó Nagykövet” elnevezéssel olyan elsődlegesen külföldön megrendezésre kerülő nemzetközi konferencián/workshopon, művészeti vagy sporteseményen való részvételt elősegítő pályázatot hirdet meg a Nemzetközi Igazgatóság, amelyre a PTE valamennyi főállású és részmunkaidős oktatója és kutatója, valamint aktív státusszal rendelkező doktorandusz hallgatója pályázhat. A program egyfelől az adott pályázó szakmai munkásságát és előmenetelét hivatott támogatni, másfelől a PTE nemzetközi láthatóságát, ismertségét igyekszik erősíteni azáltal, hogy a támogatást elnyerő kolléga/doktorandusz hallgató egyúttal feladatot is kap a PTE intézményi képviseletével kapcsolatban. Előzetes felkészítést követően az „Utazó Nagykövet” megbeszélést folytat az adott konferencia/workshop/esemény/rendezvény kapcsán jelenlévő vagy megkereshető PTE partnerintézmény képviselőjével, vagy a PTE Nemzetközi Igazgatóság megbízásából külön feladatot végez el a konferencia/workshop/esemény/rendezvény helyszínéül szolgáló egyetemen, városban.

Megvalósítás ideje: Pályázni a 2023. február 20. – 2023. december 15. között megrendezésre kerülő nemzetközi konferencia/esemény/rendezvény részvételekhez kapcsolódóan lehet. (A hazaérkezés dátuma nem lehet 2023. december 15-nél későbbi).

A pályázat beadása: Folyamatosan az év során a pályázat meghirdetésétől kezdve.

A pályázatok elbírálása: A PTE Nemzetközi Igazgatósághoz rendelt ad hoc Bíráló Bizottság a beérkezett pályázatokat minden hónap 5. munkanapjáig bírálja el. Az első bírálatra 2023. február elején kerül sor.

The International Centre of the University of Pécs (UP) is launching a call for applications for the "Travelling Ambassador of the UP" grant programme for 2023.

The International Centre is launching a call for applications for the "Travelling Ambassador" programme to encourage participation in international conferences/workshops, art or sport events primarily held abroad, for all full-time and part-time lecturers and researchers of the UP, as well as doctoral students with active status. The programme is intended to support the professional work and career development of the applicants and to enhance the international visibility and recognition of the UP by providing the awarded colleague/doctoral student with a role in the institutional representation of the UP. Following prior preparation, the "Travelling Ambassador" will consult with a present or available representative of the partner institution of the UP in connection with the particular conference/workshop/event/programme or will perform a specific task on behalf of the International Centre of the University of Pécs at the university or city where the conference/workshop/event/programme takes place.

Period: Applications may be submitted for participation in an international conference/event/programme taking place between 20 February 2023 and 15 December 2023 (the return date cannot be later than 15 December 2023).

Submission of the application: Continuously throughout the year from the date of the call for applications. 

Evaluation of applications: The ad hoc Evaluation Committee assigned to the International Centre of the UP will evaluate the submitted applications by the 5th working day of each month. The first evaluation will take place in early February 2023.
